At RIIZE, training goes beyond drills and reps. Athletes are coached to move better, think stronger, and develop the confidence needed to compete—without losing their love for the sport. Whether your athlete is just getting started or preparing for higher levels of competition, the focus remains the same: long-term development over short-term results.

My coaching philosophy blends physical performance with mindset development. Sessions are structured, challenging, and supportive, helping athletes learn how to show up with focus, confidence, and accountability.

  • Former D1 collegiate track & field athlete

  • USATF Certified Coach

  • USATF Safe Sport Certified

  • 12+ years coaching youth and high school athletes

  • Experience training sprinters, jumpers, and multi-sport athletes

  • Parent of competitive athletes with firsthand insight into youth sports pressures

This blend of athlete, coach, and parent perspective shapes every training session.

As a former competitive athlete and parent of athletes, I understand how quickly pressure can overshadow progress in youth sports.

My goal is to create a training environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and confident—so they grow not only as competitors, but as young people learning how to trust themselves.
